*Your bracelet size is not the same as your wrist size*

You can measure a bracelet you already own, or use a soft measuring tape to determine your wrist’s size. Alternatively, use a ribbon or strip of paper to drape around your wrist then simply lay flat and measure to determine your wrist’s size. When you have used one of these methods to calculate your wrist size add ½ – 1 inch (1.5cm – 2.5cm) depending on how snug or loose you would like your bracelet to fit. Use this final measurement to select the ideal size bracelet.

"Gold/Rose Gold filled" is the best alternative to solid gold and has 100% more gold than gold plate. comprises a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal. It is very hard wearing and with normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate.

All jewellery is handmade to order, by me in my studio, and will be shipped within 2-3 days business days (Monday to Friday) of ordering - We do not work on weekends.

For UK Orders, your jewellery will be shipped with Royal Mail "1st Class Signed For" - please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

International Orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (with Insurance) - please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

We want you to love your jewellery but if for any reason you wish to return it we will provide a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please ensure that the parcel is adequately protected and we would suggest that tracked/recorded postage is used as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.

Returns from outside the UK will need to complete a Customs Declaration label, in the description of contents section write "RETURNED ITEM" and the value should be left empty
to avoid customs fees being wrongly applied.

Any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

We are unable to refund any postage costs.

We are unable to accept returns if the item purchased is a custom order.

A custom order is any item that has been designed especially for you, to your own requirements or where an existing product is modified beyond the options in the original listing.

As these items are made to your exact specifications, we are unable to refund, cancel or exchange these orders, unless faulty.

We want your jewellery to remain as special to you as the day you bought it. To maintain the quality of your new Saturnalia jewelry, please:

* Do not wear it to the swimming pool, spa, or the beach 
* Remove when sleeping, exercising, gardening or doing other physically strenuous activities
* Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
* Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners
* Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
* Store your jewellery in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight

If you find that you are not happy with the fit of the bracelet or necklace you can send it back to me for a resizing. The resizing service is free of charge, however, buyers are required to pay for any return postage costs.

**Please note that should you require an item to be lengthened it can only be resized to the maximum length available on the original listing. If the size you require is longer than the maximum size listed, there may be an addition charge to cover the extra materials used.**

Send me a message through Etsy and I will give you instructions on where to send the jewellery to for resizing.

Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer and will need to be paid before the item is returned to you.

Ethiopian Opals are "hydrophane", this means that they absorb moisture and when they do their appearance can change. If the Opals come in contact with moisture, they may lose their fire temporarily and turn yellow or brown. The fire and colour usually come back once the opals have fully dried.

Opal jewellery should be stored in an air-tight container when not being worn.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for Ethiopian Opal jewellery on the basis of a change in the Opal's appearance as this is caused by improper care of the Opal's hydrophane nature and is not a fault in the Opals themselves.
