I got this as a gift for my husband and he loved it! The pieces are high quality and beautifully made. The board is fantastic. I would recommend this to other chess lovers and enjoyers. We did get it personalized and the personalization made the board that much more special. The shipping was okay. We did have a tracking number so that was great. However we did hit holiday season and so instead of receiving the package within 1-2 weeks it took about a month and a half to get the package shipped. I have no regrets, i recommend ordering with some lead time though for birthdays or holidays so you can be sure it's in on time.
It’s beautifully made, but the pieces are made from light wood; so the taller ones tip easily. Other than that everything is exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful and packaged well. Included a velvet like zip case with wooden handle as well. Seller was quick to answer questions and make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
