• If you would like to make a return or an exchange of NON personalized item, please contact us

within 7 days of receiving your package.

• All jewelry must be returned unworn with no evident signs of being used, in their original

condition and packaging.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
