The base layer of our sole is made of rubber. Rubber has many advantages and, when compared to other rival synthetic compounds such as TPU, is one of the best abrasion-resistant materials available. If the size you selected doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the original item, we’ll send the new size free of charge.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes that may arise during the exchange process.

Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are subject to review and approval. Even if orders were shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return.
