As soon as payment is cleared your item will be posted within 1-3 working days.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and or signed. Excess shipping charges will always be refunded and we do offer a discount on postage if buying multiple items, it should automatically update as you add items to the basket.

International: please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. There are longer delays to the EU since Brexit and it could take up to 4-6 weeks to process so we cannot offer a refund for a missing parcel until the parcel is declared lost by the service we use. If the tracking shows that its in customs you will receive your order.

Lila Vintage will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items by the postal services, we always provide a tracking number and we can help in your investigations.
