Why must I notify you so soon if I want to cancel?

I try to ship as soon as possible...most of the time, by the next day. I need to know if you want to cancel before shipping.

No. I’ve been selling on Etsy since 2015 from my first shop (Elegantflorals20). I’m very experienced and have an excellent customer service rating. I’m very experienced.

Restocking Fee for Returns

Since the cost of shipping is included in the price, a restocking fee will be deducted from refunds associated with returns. This restocking fee will cover the shipping and supplies, but no more than absolutely necessary.

Returns or Exchanges?

This shop does not do exchanges. I will do free returns, but only if there is an error on my end of the purchase. If you made a mistake or changed your mind, you will be responsible for the original shipping, plus the return shipping price. Please carefully inspect the pictures and descriptions. All items are sold “AS IS.” Vintage and antique items are rarely in pristine condition, so no piece will be flawless. I will point out in pictures and/or the description any major flaws, chips, or cracks.
