By completing the checkout process, you agree to all the terms associated with the layaway plan which includes completing payments in the agreed specified time. Backing out on the layaway will result in loss of your initial deposit. No returns or exchanges on layaway items.

Yes, we do ship Worldwide. Our charge for shipping is for 1st Class mail with upgraded shipping options of Priority Mail and Express Priority as well as UPS available at checkout. All packages over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the price. These charges, whatever they may be, are the responsibility of the buyer.

We don't personally resize rings and take them to our local goldsmith to be resized. They are equipped with laser welders and work with antique and vintage jewelry taking into consideration their slight nuances. The jeweler charges $85 for sizing up or down a whole size. If a ring is to be sized larger than a whole size, please contact us for pricing as more gold would need to be added.

We are not professional GIA gemologists but have over 25 years in the jewelry business devoting many hours to the study of gemology and design. Descriptions are written with verbal information given from a GIA gemologist who has inspected the piece. We can have an item sent for an appraisal at an additional non-refundable cost should you choose that option. Contact us for pricing and details.

As always, we stand by our "no-risk guarantee". If for any reason, you do not like your purchase, we will accept a return for a full refund less a 5% restocking fee.

All items should be returned in the original condition and packaging sent, insured, postmarked within 7 business days after receiving the package which is shown by the tracking number on the USPS website...NO exceptions. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Please notify us of the return shipping tracking number when posted. Our apologies but we are unable to refund upgraded shipping charges. There are no returns on layaway items or any altered items such as ring sizing or any alterations by another jeweler.
