You may sell up to 5,000 of your PHYSICAL end products OFFLINE collectively that use KMRC designs without credit, BUT your end product must be different from the KMRC original. In combination with non-KMRC elements, your unique design should be composed of less than 50% of KMRC Creative Works. 🟡 You may not sell KMRC Creative Works in any form on Etsy, or on any other online platform without the express permission of KMRcreates™. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. 🟡KMRC Creative Works may not be sold in digital form.

Does the 20% rule apply to sublimations?

For sublimation/application to physical products sold like tumblers and t-shirts, KMRC letters and designs that are sold as sublimations do NOT need to be part of another design. You may use them as the only design element(s) on the physical products you sell OFFLINE. 🟡 You may not sell KMRC Creative Works in any form on Etsy, or on any other online platform without the express permission of KMRcreates™. Can I sell your designs as stickers as part of a package?

You may not sublicense, resell, share, distribute, or display KMRC Creative Works as standalone printed or digital products.

Can I sell a unique product made with your design on Etsy?

What license do you offer?

This product comes with a Single-User License. For personal use, you may use KMRC Creative Works that you have purchased as many times as you want. See the FAQ question above regarding commercial use. All creative works by KMRcreates™ (“KMRC”) are protected by copyright law. KMRC owns all rights and copyrights to its original and altered graphics and other digital creations (“Creative Work(s)”). All rights to use these Creative Works are subject to the terms stated herein and are conditional upon payment to KMRC or written permission from KMRC for usage rights. KMRC reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and to this License without notice. Please also read the complete license agreement that is enclosed with your product.

Are these files suitable for sublimation?

Absolutely! However, if you are purchasing this design for sublimation, please be aware that sublimation will be affected by your combination of equipment, inks, substrates, and operator experience. Quality and colors may vary depending on your monitor and printer, sublimation equipment, sublimation inks, and sublimation substrate materials. Please understand the process of sublimation before purchasing for sublimation use. Due to the large number of possible combinations of software, equipment, and materials, I cannot help you with your specific situation. I can help you with any problems you may have with downloading your files.

PNG files are individual image files that are compatible with Canva, Paint and Word, Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio, Photoshop and Illustrator, Corel PaintShop Pro and most other graphics programs.
