Jams, jellies, mustard and syrups will last for more than a year when left unopened. Once the lid is opened and the seal is broken they will be good for more than 6 months when stored in the refrigerator. If you have problems getting the lid open, simply run the lids over warm water for a few minutes. We want to make sure they don't come loose in transport.
Our herb products are good for more than a year after purchase, but they will fade if stored in direct sunlight.

We have been certified and licensed by the state of Minnesota and we do our best to follow all safety procedures. I had to order a second batch to hoard all to myself, so I bought crab apple, banana split, and strawberry mango. The crab apple brings back fond childhood memories of the tree that grew near my house. I was concerned that the jelly may be a little bitter, as I remember the crab apples being, but it was sweet and perfect. I suspect we probably ate the apples before they were fully ripe. I dig into the banana split when I want something a little sweeter, but I'm trying to be semi-healthy, lol. It satisfies my sweet tooth and is spot on in flavors, so unique and yummy. I'm still waiting to crack into the strawberry mango, but I have no doubt that it won't disappoint!

I ordered blueberry, blackberry, and rhubarb crisp. The blackberry and rhubarb crisp were gifts for my Mother in Law and she gave both rave reviews. I kept the blueberry for myself and it's perfectly loaded with blueberries, so very delicious!
