- UV DTF decals are measured out roughly up to 2"x2" in height
- UV DTF wraps are made with premium adhesive
- They are permanent and waterproof

REVIEW YOUR ORDER:

--> All orders need to be reviewed with 48 hours of receiving them
--> In the event you are missing a wrap/decal etc I must be made aware of it within 48 hours of delivery date. (I will request a photo of your receipt that is included in your order)
--> HONESTY IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED - orders are double checked for accuracy, in the event you are missing a UVDTF a replacement or refund will be provided at my discretion
DEFECTIVE UVDTF:

--> in the event you receive a defective UVDTF (prior to placement on hard surface) please reach out to me. I will require photos of the defective UVDTF(s) prior to sending out a replacement.
---> if your order contains more then 5 defective UVDTF(s) I will require all defective wraps be sent back to me with a provided return label in order to receive replacements
---> classification of a defective UVDTF wrap will be to my discretion (printing errors)
--> all defective UVDTF (prior to placement/use) must be addressed with 48 hours of "delivery confirmation"
--> Placed/used defective UVDTF must be addressed within 5 days of delivery confirmation (this does not include user error; only includes printing errors)
** I try my best to avoid sending out defective UVDTF wraps, but I am human and sometimes they can slip by as I print 12 hours a day **
CANCELATIONS AND/OR REFUNDS:

--> buyer remorse: you have 24 hours from submitted order to request an order cancelation/refund
--> Refunds/order cancellations will not be provided after the 24 hour buyers remorse window. This is simply due to printing prep, organizing and planning of orders
Shop Turn around time (TAT) = processing time for orders

--> All orders are printed in-house and these take time to arrange, print and cut down before packaging and send off
--> TAT is 7 - 12 business days. TAT is my processing time to complete your order this DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING; some orders go out earlier then others in the event I have the UVDTF ready to ship
---> note large orders 25+ may take the full TAT to complete
--> Please plan accordingly when ordering; there is a rush listing option to have your order skip the line (please read listing info)
USER ERROR/MISHAPS DURING PLACEMENT

--> Seller is not responsible for any errors that may occur during placement of UVDTF wraps, decals etc
--> Seller is not responsible for wear and tear on UVDTF wrap/decal; as I can not verify proper care
--> seller is not responsible for improper storage/care of UVDTF wraps prior to use
UV DTF Care:

- Cup should only be hand wash; DO NOT SOAK
- UV DTF is not microwave or dishwasher safe
