Once you receive the plant, unwrap plastic. Keep in full shade for a month,water moderate. Transplant to bigger pot without disturbing the roots after a month. Plant to be big enough before putting into ground, not in full sun. Plant shed leaves in winter,trim bad leaves,will have new growth in spring. Protect for temp less than 40F. Organic plants have plant friendly bugs(Earthworm,Garden Millipedes, etc) in soil. If you want to get rid of them, replace all soil after a month carefully without damaging the roots and keep in full shade for a couple weeks.
