The customer service is 10/10. She helped design a custom veil. She was extremely responsive and so quick. I honestly can't believe she designed, made, sent photos, took requests for changes, made said changes within a day, and then shipped the product in such a short period. It's been two weeks since I submitted my order, and it arrived today in California from Cairo. Amazing is an understatement, and my veil is beyond beautiful. Thank you so much. 😊

Very good quality, arrived on time like described. Order was customized to what my dress was! Seller was great with communication. A couple beads were falling off but an easy fix, as it is delicate! 10ft was ordered and it’s the perfect length, about 4.5 ft train. I ordered a veil comb and had it sewed on. Was heavier as expected but i didn’t mind! 10/10 would purchase again.

I ordered this veil for my wedding and the customer service was great. Shipping was on time and the finished product was stunning!!
