All packages are sent via international airmail, as registered mail. You will receive your tracking number once your parcel is shipped!

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE :
GREECE: 1-3 days (υποθέτω)
EUROPE: 4-10 days
USA/AMERICA: 6-14 days
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: 10-20 days
ASIA/AFRICA: 5-14 days
(It has occurred for a shipment to USA to arrive within 5 days. But a 3week waiting has occurred too, so that needs to be stated...)

If you need something delivered to you earlier, please do contact me before buying an item and I'll let you know what are the options (courier or other).

**Please do keep in mind that I am not to be blamed for any DELAY after having posted an order. Sometimes weather or other conditions can cause serious delays which are of course out of my hand.
**I keep track of all orders shipped and usually have a picture of whereabouts they are, but in the rare case where an item has been lost it will not be my fault. Contact me for any concern and I'll do everything possible from my side to see where your order is.

(PLEASE!! If I contact you repeatedly to ask you to check with your post office, having seen that your item is practically in your neighborhood, do not ignore me.. In the unlikely case where an item still stays unpicked by recipient and is finally returned to me I will contact you to see what you prefer me to do for your case. If you decide you prefer a refund for the unpicked and returned parcel, only item cost will be refunded; not shipping cost).

COSTUMING:
My costumes are one of a kind, so please keep in mind I will not accept remaking a costume that has been sold, or copying fellow costume-makers' ideas. If it's something I have made, and you like it we can work on building something similar to it. Which means, I'M ABSOLUTELY OPEN TO CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS. :)

GENERAL:
As for the rest of the stuff I list here, if it's a bag or a jewellery roll i've made and you like but didn't get in time, if the materials I used are still available that's re-doable, except otherwise stated in the description of item.

However, since what really got me started sewing was tobacco pouches some four years ago, i need to state here that I *still* love making those. Especially ones that are one of a kind and personalized with embroidery on them. So, should you have a special idea and want me to see that it takes bones and flesh, let me know!
