Important Note about Care:
Engraved Brumate Cups (as with other stainless steel drink ware) should not be run through a dishwasher under any circumstances. Lids/gaskets/straws are okay! Please hand wash gently with dish soap using warm water. Avoid MCT or coconut oil on or near any gaskets!

Every bottle is created to order. Actual colors may vary from the way your screen or device displays color. The engraved bottle color is stainless under the powder coat exterior: we can't change that color.

Our wood products are coated (unless otherwise mentioned) with a polyurethane or clear coating to protect any paints and/or the wood, itself. Care should be taken as rough handling may result in broken pieces, scratches/dents, or chips in any coatings.

Our slate products are coated with a food-safe polyurethane coating to protect the natural slate look. We advise wiping them off after use to help preserve this coating.

Our stainless steel items are hand-wash only, as dishwashers can ruin the insulation and cause leaks. Drops and slips can also ruin the insulation, so care is advised when holding or using these items. The engraving is permanent, so you don't need to worry about it peeling up or falling off!

Please check each individual item for a return policy, as we have different policies per item. In general, customized/personalized items are NOT eligible for a return. Most other products are eligible for a 7 day return, with shipping and any damage/etc at the customer's expense.

We cannot offer refunds on purchases that arrive late due to shipping or logistics delays.

No, we cannot make any guarantees on delivery dates. Such a guarantee requires that we can control everything, including shipping carriers and their timeframes, as well as the weather. If we're able, we will do everything in our power to accommodate getting orders to you by the date you need it, but we cannot make a guarantees. We do not issue refunds for items that have arrived late.

Absolutely Amazing!!!! I was so excited to get my new brumate dark aura. It came sooner than I expected. It was super easy to communicate with the seller. They were quick to respond and they let me look at the wrap before applying it to my cup. It was a fair price for the work they did. I wpuld definitely order from them again.
