Antique Italian Round Linen Figural Tablecloth Whitework Embroidery, 80” Round

A most beautiful Italian round fine linen hand embroidered whitework tablecloth with filet figural inserts of boy playing with dog, florals and maidens. The stitches are skillfully worked into the linen in whitework embroidery and adorned with eyelet cutwork. Lovely 3-1/2 inch scalloped filet lace edge trim. Dating from the turn of the century.

APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS
Tablecloth measures 80” in diameter including its scalloped filet lace edging measuring 3-1/2".

CONDITION
In excellent condition with, no stains, no repairs, no damage and strong and sturdy with no weakness. Recently laundered and pressed.
