For the best burn experience: 1. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. 2. When burning for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass. 3. Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. 4. Place candle on a stable surface away from flammable objects before lighting. 5. Keep candle away from children and pets. Our soy candles are hand-poured in small batches, not mass-produced. You may notice “wet spots” or small imperfections, these are completely normal characteristics of natural soy wax and do not affect the candle’s performance.

Is it possible to add a personalized gift message to my order?

Yes, we do! You can add a personalized gift message by writing it in the "note to seller" section during checkout, and we'll ensure it's included with your order.

When does my order actually ship?

Etsy automatically sends a notification as soon as your shipping label is printed, which may make it seem like your order has already shipped. However, this notification does not account for our processing time. Your order may still be in production even after the label is created. Otherwise, all of our candles are made to order, and the shipping dates provided are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best to ship every order by the listed "ship by" date, but occasionally we run out of a particular size or scent. In those cases, production may take an extra day or two. To help us get your order out on time, you’re welcome to write "substitute scent with one available" in your order notes. This gives us permission to swap your chosen scent for one we have in stock. Please note: we cannot substitute candle sizes, as pricing and materials vary.

Received a damaged candle or an incorrect order?

If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please reach out to us. We will get a replacement sent out right away!

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Once your order has been processed—meaning your packing slip and shipping label have been printed and your order has been sent to production—it can no longer be canceled. If your order is returned to us for any reason, we offer two options: 1. Reship your order to a new address after collecting additional shipping charges via Venmo. 2. Issue a refund for the item cost only, minus a $5 restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on any of our items, as they are made to order.
