What is your policy for Returns, Faulty or incorrect goods ?

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them i.e. like new. We will not accept or refund goods that show signs of wear or have been laundered. If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the sender. Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to us ASAP. Please message us with a full description of the fault along with a photo(s) which highlights the issue. We ask that the item should be returned to us in its original packaging. All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be satisfactory with no fault.

Howe long before you Disaptch my item?

The clothing which we hold in stock are the stretch clothing & footed fleece onesies. We can dispatch these in 1-2 days Monday to Friday. Everything is made to order. Our other clothing we make as we receive the orders due to the high number of sizes,options & fabric choices - these are the lockable clothing, waddles and onesies, mitts, booties, sissy and anything personalised We try and turn the orders round in 4 days but when we are really busy this can take us longer and this is reflected in the dispatch time shown in the "ready to ship" time. If you order more than one item we will ship both items together in one parcel unless we notify you otherwise. Therefore you will receive 1 tracking number for 1 parcel

How long will my item take to arrive after disaptch ?

Depending on the value of your order we may or may not ship your order via track-able service. Before contacting us please note all delivery times are ESTIMATES. For UK Customers please allow 2-5 working days for delivery* if you have not selected the Expedite service For European Customers please allow up to 10* working days* for delivery For USA and CANADA please allow up to 20* working days* for delivery *Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Holidays) also, The Royal Mail website has a lot more information available at: www.royalmail.com If these delivery times are reached please contact us and we will do our upmost to assist you.

How do I measure myself for a onesie ?

For our custom made onesies (Fleece and wincyette )Our advise is to go off the chest size to see what is the best fit for you. If you are on the cusp of another size it might be better, depending on your build, to go up to the next size. The Stretch onesies are quite forgiving because they have lycra in them so they have quite a lot of stretch to them therefore we would say to go off your chest size and, if you are after a snug, fit not go up to the next size if you are on the cusp of the next size.

Do I Need the Extra long length option ?

We find that some customers are longer in the torso so we have added the extra long option. The average we get asked for is 4" longer but we have also regularly do 1" upto 8". If you measure yourself from the shoulder blade down to the crotch and compare the measurement of the actual onesie (measurements in the listing) hopefully you will be able to workout if you need this option. Don't forget to allow for any underwear etc., when measuring. If you are unsure of measurements or what size you need then please contact us and we will send you over a measurement guide and we can work off your measurements and make the clothing to fit you.

I Need an item for a specific date

If you need an item for a specific date then please message us before placing and order and we can advise if the deadline can be met as this could also depend on the shipping country

I Have not received my Order ?

If your items is showing as delivered but you have not received it we would urge you to check with other members of your household and your neighbors. If you still cannot locate the parcel please contact the delivery office. If we have to make a claim we will ask you fill out a Denial of receipt form. Our couriers l take fraud very seriously so We would urge you to check with other members of your household to ensure they have not taken delivery of your parcel, put it somewhere safe and not told you as once we submit and claim with a courier and they start an investigation it is out of our hands.

Can I cancel an order ?

This clothing is custom made therefore it is made up when you order just for YOU. Therefore we do not accept cancellations of orders due to the time, effort and resources we put into making the clothing. We also do not accept cancellations on any item which is embroidered as again this is made especially for you so not re-saleable.

Can I return/get a refund for personalised/embroidered bibs or clothing ?

We do not accept returns on the embroidered clothing/bibs as they are made just for YOU and are therefore not re-saleable. Therefore please check that the address on your order is correct and also the text etc., you want. In the event that the address on your order is incorrect and the item is returned to us then we will re-send the item out again at our discretion. If the items is returned to us but no longer needed unfortunately we are not able to refund for the reasons outlined above.
