• If you have up to 3 photos, simply send them through Etsy chat by clicking the image icon. • If you have multiple or large photos, you can use Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file-sharing platform and share the link via Etsy messages. We’ll confirm once your photos are received and ready for design.

⏱️ How long does it take to receive my order? ⚡ Do you offer rush order options?

• Digital files: Sent via Etsy messages within 24 to 48 hours after your photos and personalization details are received. • Physical products: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days in the USA, Canada, UK, and EU. Each order is printed locally in the region closest to you to ensure fast and eco-friendly delivery. • We have rush processing available for 6-hour or 12-hour delivery options. Please contact us before placing your order to make sure your design qualifies for rush production.

🎁 Will the price be shown if I send this as a gift?

• No, we never include price details on any packaging or receipt. • Your gift will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give. • You can also include a personal message for the recipient — just write it in the "Add a note to your order" box at checkout, and we’ll include it for you.

📦 what should i do if my order arrives damaged or get lost in transit?

• If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
