Do you combine postage costs if I order more than one item?

Yes, I do combine postage costs - you will pay full price shipping for the first item and then a nominal amount for each extra item.

How long does it take to process my order?

I aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please bear in mind that if you order over the weekend, your items will not be posted until the Monday.

When will I receive my order?

I will only post using Royal Mail Services. You can upgrade to have a tracked and signed for service. ALL delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery within the UK should be no more than 2-5 working days. Delivery to anywhere else in the world will take anything from 1-6 weeks, depending on location and customs.

I need my order really quickly?!

If you are in the UK, then you can upgrade your postage option to Next Day Delivery - I will post out your order the same or next working day. If you are anywhere else in the world and require a faster service, please get in touch BEFORE placing your order so that I may calculate the postage costs for you first.

My order has been lost/damaged/hasn't arrived?

If you are in the UK and your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days, please contact me to investigate. I shall file a claim with Royal Mail and issue you with either a replacement item or a full refund. If you are anywhere else in the world, please bear in mind that shipping and customs can delay your order - get in touch and we can work it out! If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away and I will either issue a replacement item or a full refund.

I have changed my mind - can I return my item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I'll be happy to exchange or refund your item once it is returned to me. The item must be sent back unopened and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs. I would recommend getting proof of postage. I reserve the right to withhold a refund for goods that get damaged on their return journey due to inadequate packaging. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". Failure to do so may cause the package to incur custom charges which I would have to deduct from any refund due.
