All parcels are sent tracked.
UK 2-3 business days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL 10-14 days after dispatch.

We do not guarantee arrival times, as shipping can delay and issues may occur.
We need to be aware if arrival date passes so we can contact the shipping company in a timely manner and chase any information regarding the parcel.

We are aware of attempted deliveries/parcels held at sorting offices. It is your responsibilty to arrange redelivery of your parcel or to collect. If parcels are left for a 30 day period they are either disposed of or returned. If a parcel manages to return to us, postage costs will have to be paid to reship. We do not refund.

Cancellations are not offered if we have custom made the item.
Cancellations are not offered if the item has already been shipped.
Items may only be cancelled one hour after purchase.

Any other reasons need to be addressed with Etsy.

As we say we do not guarantee arrival dates, as shipping issues can occur causing delays.

But, please ensure you contact us as soon as the expected arrival date passes.
If no contact is made we presume you have your order safely.

We understand there can be delays in shipping to which we may respond to tell you to remain patient.
If we are contacted we are then made aware of the issue and can keep watch on your order and stay in contact with you through this.

If you do not contact in a timely manner, unfortunately we may not be able to assist further.

UK sent tracked Royal Mail (contact needs to be made straight after 5 working days) to monitor the situation.

International items are sent tracked Royal Mail (We must be notified straight after the 14 working day period) to monitor the situation.

We state we are not responsible for items once dispatched.
In some circumstances items have been lost during shipment to which the shipping company are at fault.
As a store we hope you understand this it out of our hands and an error not made on our behalf.
