super cute postpartum badge reel. acrylic piece is 2 inches. it is sealed with UV resin. i will match a gem to the badge (it may not be exactly like the one shown).

while it is sturdy - acrylic can chip or break if knocked against a hard surface or dropped. please avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures + water. do not apply pressure directly to acrylic. avoid pulling/tugging item when removing from your clothes or purse. please do not put a lot of weight onto your reels, as it can damage the pulley + make it get stuck.

if you purchase interchangeable - it does not come with a gem on the strap of the reel. reel will be white or clear.

if you get a tracking #, your item is on its way to you. please make sure your address is correct before purchasing. i am not responsible for packages that were delivered + go missing. in the event that your package is lost during transit, i will make every effort possible to locate your package with the information that i am provided. the estimated delivery date provided to you through Etsy is not taking into consideration the delays USPS is experiencing all over the country right now. they are super delayed on scanning and updating packages and shipping times are drastically affected. i have no control on when packages get scanned into their system or delivered. please be a little patient as i am trying to get packages out as soon as possible + they are doing their best to get them to you ♡

i do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. if you have a problem with your order - please notify me within 5 days that it was delivered. in the event that we agree on a refund, shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded + all orders that are refunded must be shipped back to me at your own cost. once i have the item in my possession - i will issue a refund. i am not responsible for normal wear + tear. i do not warranty reels after 30 days. if in fact your reel does stop working or is defective within that time frame - please reach out to me. buyer will need to send it back to me before i send out a new one.
