Yes, we have the option to frame A4 and A3 prints

Do orders have a tracking number?

The postage option is not tracked as we aim to offer our clients the best price possible.

Can I receive a preview before dispatch?

We can provide a preview upon request.

How do I send my photo for the watercolor print?

Please send your picture in the Etsy chat.

Do I need to send you a photo for the watercolor prints?

Yes! Please be informed that we only work with the picture provided by the customer. In this way we make sure that the print turns out just the way you want it.

Can you combine multiple photos into one watercolor print?

Yes, we can gladly do that! Please be informed that combining more than 3 prints will determine an extra fee of 5 pounds/photo.

How long does it take for the watercolor prints to be delivered?

We will send the first draft in 1-2 days after receiving your photo for processing. The whole process depends also on the number of revisions required, but we dispatch same or next business day after confirming the print, via Royal Mail postal service (24/48 hours domestic delivery). For Canvas and A1 prints, delivery could take 1-3 working days extra.
