Would give zero stars if i could. Never received order...artist kept saying it was in the mail. Ultimately the only way I got refunded was when I threatened to file a complaint with Etsy. Should have listened to the other reviews.

I bought a couple of ceramics weeks ago and never received them. I messaged the shop owner a little over a week ago but never got a response. Had to have Etsy step in to give me a refund.

I purchased this sticker back on July 5th, it is now September 7th & I never received it or a shipping notification. It still says "not shipped". I messaged the seller on August 3rd and was told it would be shipped out that week or the next. Poor customer service, nothing on the listing about it being delayed due to COVID, and no follow up - I don't even want to rep this sticker anymore. Oh well.
