Can I see a proof of my design with my chosen options before it is made?

A proof prior to print is available on request. This must be requested at the time of placing your order, either by leaving a comment in the personalisation box or including a note with your order. A digital proof will be sent prior to your order being personalised, changes can be made if required and will only be made once approved. Please note that all proofs are digital and are not always a true representation of colours and textures, please see our product images for true to life images. We therefore recommend requesting a proof if you are unsure of your options as personalisation cannot be changed once printed.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees in the US?

No. All orders shipped to the United States are sent using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) postage. This means that any applicable import duties are already paid in advance, before your order arrives in the US. You won’t be asked to pay any customs fees, taxes, or handling charges on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no surprise charges when your order is delivered.

How long does it take to make my order?

Our processing times show how long it takes for us to prepare/produce and dispatch your order. Processing times vary by product and order quantity. You can find the estimated dispatch time for each item in its individual product listing. When ordering multiple items, your order will be dispatched together, with the dispatch date based on the longest processing time. As most of our products are handmade to order, we are unable to guarantee faster turnaround times than the dates shown.

For orders shipped using a tracked delivery service, tracking information can be found in your dispatch email and can also be found in the purchase section of your Etsy account. Estimated delivery dates are guidelines only. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates as delivery is beyond our control. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us. As required by courier policies, we can submit a missing parcel claim if your parcel remains undelivered within 10 days of your expected delivery date. We’ll be happy to assist you through the process.
