All sales are final, including those involving issues related to sizing and fit. We provide accurate measurements and/or dimensions for each item to ensure you can make an informed decision. We do not accept returns or issue refunds if the item does not meet your style preferences or does not fit, unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. We strive to provide detailed descriptions, noting any flaws, to accurately reflect the preloved nature and minor wear typical of vintage items. If you believe an item has been grossly misrepresented, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt. Should a refund be authorized, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

First Class (USPS Ground Advantage) shipping within the US generally takes 3-5 business days, while Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Priority Mail. Both shipping options include up to $100 in insurance. If you require additional insurance, please contact us before making your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders once they have been handed over to the post office.

Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will not be issued if you decline to pay these fees and the package is returned to us.

All vintage items are 'preloved' and, due to their age and unique nature, typical wear should be expected. We diligently represent each item accurately, noting any significant flaws in the item’s listing and photos. Very minor imperfections that align with the item's age might not be documented. Additionally, please note that an item's colors may vary between computer screens. Be sure to reach out with any questions before purchasing, as all sales are final.
