After the seller receives the item(s), the item(s) is inspected. After that, the goods for which the buyer has made an exchange are sent. Shipping to the buyer is also at the buyer's expense.

Also, it is worth noting that there may be cases where the shipping cost is more than you actually paid. In such a case, if requested by the buyer, the seller can provide a photo showing the weight of the parcel and the rate of the postal oper.

Cancellations with full refund (except payment system taxes) are only accepted within the first 24 hours of ordering. This is due to the fact that the goods are sewn after the order, respectively ordered material and money is spent on it. As practice shows, due to the great variety of fabrics and sizes of goods, in 80% of cases already made, and after - cancelled orders are not sold.
Also, note that the fee payment systems in the case of cancellation - is not refundable.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, but the time after the order has exceeded 24 hours, but not more than 5 days, a refund of 70% of the order amount is possible.

In case the package was sent back to the seller because you did not pick up your package, you should write to the seller with your further wishes:
1. If you want to receive your item, then you will need to wait until the item is returned to the seller, and then pay for it to be re-delivered.
2. If you do not want to receive the goods, but want a refund, then after the tracking number is updated in Ukraine, the seller will return you the funds minus the round-trip shipping cost.

Perhaps the color will be slightly different, because you should understand that different displays of devices display color differently. For this reason, the seller is not responsible if the color does not match your expectations.
