Non-personalized, Standardized or ready-made products.
Products that are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, labels, and documentation.

Eligible items for Returns or Exchanges with Recycling Fee:
Certain made-to-order items may be eligible for return subject to a recycling fee. Specifically:
Made-to-order platinum products (without stones) may be accepted for return or exchange at our discretion and will be subject to a 20% recycling fee.

Ineligible Items for Returns or Exchanges:
Personalized or customized products, including monogrammed items.
Made-to-order products, including non-standardized items such as rings, bracelets, or necklaces (except as noted above for platinum items).
Products designated as final sale.

3. Return and Exchange Procedure

Initiate a Request:
Please contact our customer service team within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date to request a return or exchange authorization.

Authorization and Instructions:
Upon approval, you will receive detailed return instructions and a return authorization reference number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping and Handling:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. A trackable shipping method is recommended.
If the return or exchange is required due to a product fault or an error on our part, we will reimburse the return postage costs upon verification.
