ꕥ Because frames are sent to you from the closest printing hub, hardware configuration may slightly differ from order to order depending on a production hub it was sent from. Differences are only on the back side (for example, it may be different how you remove the back plate - by snapping a clip off or by turning the hardware)

Packaging depends on the print size and if it’s framed/unframed and which frame it is. See below:

ꕥ Each poster is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure.
ꕥ here is different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
ꕥ Our standard packaging for posters is:
Flat for posters up to A4
Tube for posters above A4
Some exceptions are:
Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

ꕥ Wooden framed posters come in READY-TO-HANG condition, so you can take them out from the package and the POSTER IS ALREADY IN THE FRAME, so you can just hang it on the wall
ꕥ The framed posters are pre-packed with corners and packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness
ꕥ They can be hung on the wall vertically or horizontally, HANGING HARDWARE is already included and installed

ꕥ The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness

☼ Delivery is fast, in most cases within a week, because products are fulfilled at the closest production center


♥ RETURNS
☼ Every poster is printed on demand especially for you after your order and sent directly to you, so we don’t take returns in a traditional way
☼ If you have any problems with your poster/framed poster, let me know and I will find a solution
☼ Check your frames immediately after delivery to make sure delivery company has handled them with care and frames are intact! If there are any problems, let the delivery company know right on the spot

☼ Colors may look slightly different on your monitor and on the printed poster because of different colour settings of your monitor and printer
☼ Because wooden frames are made of natural wood, every frame can be slightly different due to the natural wood pattern, but that is part of their charm!
☼ Black and white wooden frames are covered with black and white paint and some small paint bubbles may occur on the frames, but again, that’s because they are made of natural material. If you want more clean and polished finish, then metal frames are a better option!
