Refunds, Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

-Refunds: we offer full refund if you're item is nonfunctional (seller's fault). Returns & Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges or Returns at this time. Replacements: If damage occurs during shipping (broken items), we'll make a full refund. ARE MY STICKERS WATERPROOF? - All stickers are laminated with a Matte or Glossy clear vinyl. Which make them water and tear resistant. -If you were to put your stickers on a dishware, wash by hand, DO NOT put them on a Dishwasher. Keychain/Badge Reel Broke,Can I get a new one?

After you order is delivered you have 7 days to report any issues with your item. We won't be replacing items, instead a full refund will be made. Also you'll need to show proof of the damage items (for a refund).

Gift wrapping and packaging

How items would be shipped? Items would be pack in a cardboard box and then wrapped in gift paper, then put inside a poly mailer with the shipping label on it. Gift wrapping is not available for print on demand products. If you paid for this option, it'd be automatically refund to you.

My Order says Delivered but I haven't receive it

Unfortunately we are not responsible for USPS or any other international postal service procedures, once your order says delivered and you haven't actually received it, I advise you to research with your local post office. I won't be issuing refunds or replace items that are already marked as delivered.

I ordered a POD product with a handmade item, will I get them in the same package?

Print on demand products are shipped by our production partner, while handmade items are shipped by Shenani Shop. POD and handmade items have different processing times, so beside being shipped separately, they are also shipped on different dates.

Print on Demand Returns and Refunds Policies

Returns: -I can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of mind. Refunds -Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Message me within 1 week with a photo, and I’ll send a free replacement or arrange a refund. -Refunds will not be issued for delayed orders. Unfortunately, my production partner and I are not responsible for the courier’s delivery process once items are handed to them. If an estimated delivery date is missed, carriers allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. If the item is not received during this period, it is considered a lost package and a refund will be issued. If tracking updates during this waiting time and shows a delivery date, the shipment is considered delayed rather than lost.

Why does my Sticker/Greeting Card order have a tracking number, but it doesn’t update or work on USPS. Does it mean the item hasn't be shipped?

These items are shipped using First-Class Mail, similar to a regular stamped letter. Etsy provides a limited tracking number that is only visible within Etsy and does not work like standard USPS package tracking. This type of mail is not scanned at every step, so updates may be delayed, incomplete, or sometimes not show at all. Even if the tracking doesn’t update, most orders still arrive normally within the estimated delivery window. Think of this tracking as a courtesy reference, not real-time USPS tracking.
