I M P O R T A N T: Handle with care. It's not recommended for plated parts of your jewelry to come into contact with water, sweat, perfume, lotions and oils. Remove jewelry before sleeping, and after wearing gently wipe down your jewelry to remove any residue. Store your jewelry inside a jewelry box to minimize the exposure to air. Please note 14k gold filled jewelry can come in contact with water. However, to maintain the shine and avoid dulling the piece over time it's still recommend to remove before showering, swimming, etc. Warning: Choking hazard, small parts, keep away from small children.

All items are carefully packaged and arranged neatly inside of gift boxes with suitable tissue on velvet cushion pads. No receipts or invoices are shipped with your items to avoid prices being displayed if being sent as a gift. However, international orders will receive an invoice with their order for customs. Please refer to your Emails for invoices and tracking information. If you need help with anything please let me know!

DOMESTIC: Most packages are sent with USPS First Class Mail. Other shipping upgrades are available in the drop-down menu at check out. My processing time is approximately 1-3 days. Tracking information will be sent to you when your item(s) are shipped. Your package may take up to 3-7 business days to reach your destination depending on where you're located. This time may fluctuate during busier holiday seasons. Please refer to your Emails for tracking information. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned packages due to incorrect mailing address is upon the buyer to purchase a new shipping label if they wish for it to be reshipped. I don't replace or refund packages marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL: Packages are sent First Class Air Mail (shipping upgrades available at check out if you need your items to arrive faster). It may take up to (2) weeks or more for your package to reach you depending on your postal service and customs, including unexpected delays due to Covid. Tracking information will be sent to you when your item(s) are shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs fees are a shipping charge. Buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely, but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. I don't replace delivered packages.

Returns:
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. If a return is needed please carefully re-ship items back in their original condition and within 7 days of delivery. For hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges on earrings. However, I do accept returns for UNWORN necklaces, bracelets and rings, but you will need to pay for the shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied per item in your order and shipping is nonrefundable. Any loss in value of the item will result in an additional fee deducted from the refund. Wrong address:
I ship your items to the address provided to me on ETSY. Please, double-check that you have entered the correct address. If any changes need to be made, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. Missing Packages:
If your tracking is marked delivered but is not within your possession please check with other family members who might collect the mail or neighbors who might have received your package by mistake or give it extra time to arrive. Please reach out directly to the USPS and request to speak with an agent to create a Mail Search Request. I do not replace or refund packages marked as delivered.

Cancellations:
Please notify me of any cancellations as soon as possible! *If the item has shipped before it was canceled, simply return once received, a restocking fee will apply and shipping costs are non-refundable.
