What materials do you use for your printed products?

I use various high-quality, food-safe materials including PLA, PETG, TPU, and ASA. PLA, PETG, and TPU are used for the majority of my products, while ASA is used for heat-resistant parts that don't come in contact with food. The exact material used for each product is specified in the listing.

How do I care for my products?

To ensure longevity, hand wash your 3D-printed products with mild soap and water if needed. Avoid exposing them to high temperatures or placing them in the dishwasher.

What if my item arrives damaged?

You’ve purchased high-quality products, and you rightfully expect them in perfect condition. However, despite the high standards maintained by our shipping partners, sometimes issues can arise. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage. I am committed to resolving the issue promptly and finding a solution, as I do in 10 out of 10 cases.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Custom orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If an item arrives damaged, I will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
