They are food safe, freezer safe and oven safe up to 200 degrees.

I expected something more rigid like the IOD molds. One has to take care when using air dry clay on the mold which stretches a bit out of shape if you don't hold in the sides while pressing in the clay. Resin would be a better choice to use.
