Will my print arrive in a frame?

We offer both framed & unframed prints at Pretty Unique Prints. If you would like your print to arrive framed please ensure to select a framed option from the 'print size' drop-down menu when ordering. If not your print will arrive unframed, ready to be popped into a frame of your choice.

Do you provide a preview of my order?

Yes, all purchases include a draft copy. This will be sent over to you via Etsy messages so please be sure to keep an eye out for that. If we reach the final dispatch date for your order & haven’t heard back from you, we will finalise your order with the draft copy. This will be sent out with your chosen delivery method & will have the personalisation provided by yourself at the time of ordering.

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not provide refunds for personalised items as these are made to order and are created specifically for you and to your requirements. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept cancellations after the draft copy has been created. This is due to the time it takes for us to create the design to your specific requirements. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. If there is something you are unsure of prior to purchase please drop us a message so we can help you out.

Whilst we will do everything we can to fulfil any special requests, alterations to our designs & to personalisation options are limited so please message us prior to ordering to ensure we can fulfil your requests as we cannot provide refunds once the draft has been created.

My Order Arrived Damaged, what can I do?

In the unfortunate situation that your print arrives damaged, please drop us a message ASAP. Please be sure to attach photographs showing any damaged packaging and any damage to the product. Once we receive these we can arrange for a replacement to be posted out to you.

UK Postage Information

Our delivery times do not include processing times & only apply once the item has been dispatched. All unframed UK prints & cards are sent via the Royal Mail 48 service which is estimated to take 2-4 business days to arrive from dispatch. This service is not fully tracked however updates are provided when delivery is attempted. All framed prints are sent with the Royal Mail tracked 48 service which includes full end-to-end tracking. The following postage upgrades are available to be added to your order when checking out: Royal Mail Tracked 48 service - Fully tracked, est. 2-4 business days Royal Mail Tracked 24 service - Fully tracked, est. 1-2 business days Next Day Delivery - arrives with you the next working day

International Postage Information

Our delivery times do not include processing times & are only relevant once the item has been dispatched. All international orders are sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Estimated shipping times for international postage vary between countries, the most accurate estimate will be provided before making a purchase through our store so please be sure to double-check that.

Digital Download Orders

If you choose to purchase our ‘Digital Download’ option, no physical copy of the print will be sent out in the post. Our Digital Download option includes a Digital PDF and a Digital JPEG file which will be sent over to you via Etsy messages. You can print these files at home or take them to a print store to have printed which makes them a perfect choice for last-minute gifts!

A proof or draft will be provided with every order and sent via Etsy messages. We offer one complimentary revision to address any spelling corrections or minor adjustments.

Please be aware that changes to the order of characters are not included in the free revision. Ensure that the personalisation is arranged from left to right when placing your order.

Once your order is received, we will send a draft copy for your approval within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, this timeline may be slightly extended.

Upon confirmation of the draft, we will proceed with finalising your order and arrange for delivery based on your selected shipping method. If we do not receive confirmation by the final dispatch date, your order will be completed using the draft or personalisation details provided at the time of ordering.
