Our alpaca clothing is handmade by artisans, so sizes may vary slightly. Each listing includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a relaxed fit. Message us before ordering if you need exact measurements — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Alpaca wool is one of the easiest natural fibers to care for! It's naturally odor-resistant and stain-repellent, so you won't need to wash it often. When needed, simply hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap, squeeze out water (don't wring), and lay flat to dry. That's it! Alpaca fiber actually gets softer with each wear. Store your items folded and they'll last for years.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes! We offer gift wrapping for $4.00 per order. Your item will be wrapped in traditional Peruvian textile fabric with a handwritten thank-you card. You can also add a personal gift message at checkout. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders of 5 or more items. We work directly with artisan communities in Cusco, Peru, and can fulfill large orders. Message us with the products and quantities you need, and we'll send a custom quote with wholesale pricing.

We ship worldwide from Cusco, Peru. DHL Express: 3-4 business days to USA (tracking included). Standard shipping (Serpost): 8-16 business days to USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Processing time: 1-3 business days before shipping. All orders include a tracking number.

I still haven't received the item. I placed the order on May 23rd, and today is July 7th. The latest estimated delivery date was July 6th, but it looks like they didn't even hand the item over to the shipping company until June 15th. I am very disappointed right now; this was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my wife, which has unfortunately already passed.
