SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME:

Most of our items are created, packaged, and sent out within 1-5 business days. Extended times occur during a high volume of sales. This is auto-adjusted and the current estimation is automatically shown in each specific listing.

During checkout, you can choose to upgrade your shipping speed with a variety of options via USPS.

There’s also a variety of upgrades available here:
https://swearycarriedesigns.etsy.com?section_id=43643204

We've never had an item get truly lost in the mail, though at times it can be extra sluggish (they do call it snail mail, after all!) Please understand that once we’ve shipped your order, it is in the hands of the postal overlords, and out of our control.

Etsy's Purchase Protection Program protects you (& us!) if your item straight up doesn't arrive, AND if it arrives after the estimated delivery date.

As you can see from our reviews, we're happy to work together, should we encounter any problems at all, shipping-related or otherwise!
