Do I need a computer?

No, although a computer is recommended for more complex designing within Canva, you can use the Canva app to use the mockups.

Do I need the paid version of Canva?

No, our mockups will work with the free version of Canva. However, some benefits of Canva Pro are access to premium fonts and elements, as well as the ability to download projects with a transparent background.

Will I be able to upload my own designs/logos?

Yes, you can upload your own graphics to Canva in the "Uploads" tab or by dragging the graphic onto the canvas. We recommend ensuring that your logo has a transparent background before uploading it to Canva.

What's the difference between "Classic Edition" and "Picture Fill Edition"?

Classic Edition mockup packs allow the color(s) of the mockups to be changed inside Canva. Picture Fill Edition mockup packs allow you to use any picture to "fill" the inside of the mockup. You also have the option to change the color of the mockup to another color. If you want to do multiple solid colors in one mockup (i.e. the waistband one color but the legs another color), you will need to use the Classic Edition. All Picture Fill Edition purchases also include the Classic Edition.

Are the mockups sewing patterns?

No, the mockups are NOT sewing patterns. Note that the terms “sewing” and “pattern” are not used in any product names or descriptions, nor represented in any media such as product photos or tutorials. A mockup is simply a digital visual representation of a product design. Consequently, there are no “sizes” for the mockups, as they are simply mockups, not sewing patterns. Our brand solely focuses on mockups, which are not sewing patterns, hence why product names and descriptions do not mention anything about sewing, patterns, or sizes.

How are the mockup packs set up?

All mockup packs are made for Canva and set up as a Canva template. Each mockup pack is organized by different categories (i.e. tops, bottoms, etc.). Each category will be on a different page (or multiple pages if the number of mockups in the category is large) for ease of use. The mockups are intended to be applied to another project, so the template is left untouched in case you want to use the unmodified mockups again. However, if you edit the template you can always download a new version again by clicking the link in your original PDF file. Please note that each mockup does NOT have its own page in the template, as the Canva template would be too many pages and unorganized.

Do the .png versions of each mockup come with purchase?

No, the mockups are provided exclusively on Canva. However, you can download them as .png's on Canva if you'd like.

Can I use these mockups in other design softwares?

Yes, you can use them as flat graphics (like .png's) by downloading them from Canva as images and uploading them to your design program of choice. We recommend scaling the mockup to 1500px at minimum for best results. The larger, the better. Note that to download from Canva with a transparent background, you must have Canva Pro. If you have the free version, you can simply download the mockup with a white background and remove it using an external background remover tool/website.

Can I do a picture fill in the mockups?

Before December 10, 2024, our Beach Babe Mockup Pack was the only mockup pack where you could do a picture fill in Canva for the mockups. As of December 10, 2024, Picture Fill Editions are available for That Girl Mockup Pack, That Girl V2 Mockup Pack, That Guy Mockup Pack, That Guy V2 Mockup Pack, Gym Babe Mockup Pack, and Gym Bro Mockup Pack. These mockup packs also have the Picture Fill Edition available in their respective bundles.
