Yes, we can provide your customizable orders. As we noticed in rug title and description : We can make custom size both width and length. Rug's sides and edges can be bordered. Rug's finish can be folded - overlocked or fringed. This depends on your request.

2 - What is your Return Policy ?

We have relaxed our return policy in your favor. Our wish is that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you have dissatisfaction please contact me first. You may return the rug / runner you purchased in 14 days. Return shipping cost responsibility is on customers. And there is a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We wish this wasn't so but due to the made-to-order nature of our shop, we make each order once placed. Returns must be made using the same information and the same shipping method (FedEx). Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Can I easily apply my carpet for the stairs?

If your stair is not multi-turn, you can easily apply it. If you still need help, you can get support from a carpet installer in your area.

Yes, we can make 2 color linen borders according to your demand, with a reasonable price difference.

6 - I see that some rugs cost only 1 USD ? What does it mean ?

This is a sign that rug can be made in special sizes for you. The price is representative.

7 - How much duty tax will I pay for the rug/runner I buy?

Etsy collects the tax that customers must pay to official institutions at the time of purchase. And this tax is forwarded to official institutions on your behalf. For example: My customers living in America easily pay their taxes while shopping. This is also the case in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Germany and the UK. Info: Official authorities in England and Germany request tax collection from the customer after the product enters the country and is delivered to the customer, not through Etsy, for purchases over 150 Euros / Sterling. 8 - How Can I measure my stairs ?

I’d like to elaborate on this topic. Our rugs are popular not only for hallways, kitchens, and living rooms but also as stair carpets (especially jute and sisal rugs). Many customers ask how to measure their stairs. First, measure and sum the height, depth, and stair nosing (if any) for one step, then multiply by the total number of steps. Include landings if needed, and I recommend adding 5–10 extra inches to avoid shortages. If the rug is too long, a professional installer can trim and adjust it seamlessly. A simpler way is using a medium-thickness string to measure, then checking its length. If adding a border, I suggest bordered long edges and overlocked short edges—it’s not a rule, but it looks great! The final choice is yours. 😊
