I accept Custom Design, Custom to made for your gemstones. I can make the items according to your specifications. Send us the design (picture or sample) which you are interested with your specifications, such as the metal purity, the shape and the measurement (in Unit millimeter) of your stone, ring size and so on. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for a special project or idea that you don’t see. We will do our best to bring your vision to life. It is our desire to make what you desire. Please be noted that we reserve the right to sell any customized items and add them to my shop listings.

I use the Standard US Ring Size for our rings in the listing, 3.25 US ---9.5 US are available. If you are unsure about the corresponding AU/US/UK sizes, please let me know. If your finger size is larger than US 9.5, please contact me when you place the order. We recommend that you have your finger sized at a local jewelry store or jeweler. Available Ring Sizes: 3.25 US to 9.5 US, including 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 sizes This ring has a comfort fit.

Different stones and metals can require different care, but to keep your ring nice and new there's a few easy steps you can follow. 1. Never wear your ring in hot water, pools, baths or hot tubs. Remove jewelry before applying lotions, soap and makeup so there is no build up on your stones and metal. 2. If buildup occurs, gently wash your ring with organic soap and a soft brush. Use warm water to soak the ring and scrub gently with the soap, it should take off any of the residue. If you can't get it all of after soaking, you can use a jewelry cleaner on most stones, but not all. 3. Soft stones like turquoise, moonstone and labradorite need extra care. Be sure to not hit your ring on things, and take if off before doing any activities.

If you're want to receive it as soon as possible, I'd like to offer a rush service for having it done within approx 7-10 business days to finish.There will be a extra cost for this service.Thanks

Engraving service is available and costs $2 per ring. The maximum characters of engraving are 10 (including blank space) for size 7. The maximum characters vary from different ring sizes. But we don't accept return or a refund for items that have been engraved., because it is a custom ring, thanks for your understanding.

We offer 90 days FREE fixing warranty for jewelry quality problems. For items over 90 days, please fix it in local jewelers.

Return and Cancellation

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the purchase. And please note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. I don’t accept returns as the following: 1.Full eternity band 2.Ring with engravings 3.Request exceeding the return period(within 3 days of delivery) 4.Custom Ring 5.Ring having been returned and exchanged. 6.Ready-to-ship item 7.Ring sized below 3 US and over 9 US I do not carry any stock, all rings are made to order. It would be a great loss for me if you cancel the order, or return the items. Cancel the order or return the items unrelated to the quality issue may be subject to a restocking fee of $100 or more, depending on the specific circumstance.
