I try to show my items as accurately as possible; I include in my photos and descriptions any defects. Sometimes in the time of storing the condition may change, I will contact buyers before posting should this be the case, cancellation of order will be accepted with no issues at this point. Should I not hear back from the buyer I will either post if minor differences or cancel the order if the item is significantly different.

Colours may vary from my photos, than the actual item in person due to screen brightness or colour saturation.

If the buyer is not happy with their purchase, I do accept returns. I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and must be returned within 30 days. If the buyer had been contacted prior to sending about a change in the item, or the buyer simply changes their mind they will be responsible for return postage costs.

Items that arrive damaged will only be refunded with proof of damage via photos, without these I cannot receive compensation, and the buyer will have to place a claim themselves.

Please note that the items I sell are vintage in nature and therefore may have slight non-visible weaknesses, I will not be held responsible for failure or damages that occur, for example a charm that is placed on a bracelet using an old jump ring, if this ring snaps, then the charm may be lost.

I cannot always get prices accurate in the listing for the final shipping costs, especially if combining items. I will sometimes therefore over charge, this allows me to make sure the item is packed to my best ability and if possible, I will refund any overpayments as soon as I have posted.

Orders are shipped from England, United Kingdom on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except for bank holidays, via Royal Mail. For items that require to be posted more urgently, please let me know via the messaging tool, generally items in the UK are sent 2nd class, upgrades to a faster shipping method can be offered with an extra charge.

For standard UK deliveries, orders valued over £25 will be sent with signed for tracking, orders under £25, will be sent with the Royal Mail basic level of tracking that comes as standard. I always get a proof of posting, parcels should be delivered within 2-3 business days.

For international deliveries, orders valued over £25 have tracking included in the shipping price, but orders under £25 will be sent without tracking unless the upgrade to tracking is chosen at checkout. Items going internationally take around 5-12 business days, this can although vary due to delays, customs holding your item for example.

Customers should bare this in mind when making their purchases, I cannot be held responsible for delays once the item has left my hands… no postage service can 100% guarantee delivery times or that the item will even reach the destination, these events occur rarely, but do happen.

If items are delayed please contact me, I will try and investigate, any tracking number obtain by me will be added to your dispatch confirmation so that the buyer will be able to track every step. Claims cannot be placed for several weeks after the expected delivery, so refunds cannot be offered until I can start this claim procedure.

For purchases outside of the UK import taxes may apply to purchases. Buyers are responsible for investigating and paying any import duties that may be due for importing items into their own countries.

For items that are returned to me due to either not being collected by buyer at their location or incorrect delivery details being given, I will require further payment to re-send items. If a refund is chosen at this point, then I will not refund any charges I have had to pay for shipping and packaging.

I will not contact buyers about returned parcels, this will be the responsibility of the buyer to chase missing parcels. They will be stored for a minimum of 6 months, where it may re-listed for sale.

International buyers may be able to receive a shipping discount for multiple purchases, please ask for a quote or wait for a refund if you over pay.
