All products are machine-washable unless a note is added in the description part. Tumble drying is not recommended. Steam ironing can be done at low temperatures. In general the wood parts or non-textile parts should be removed before putting to the washing machine.

Gift wrapping and packaging

As I work with and choose eco-friendly and organic materials as much as possible, I am also sensitive for unnecessary packaging that will give the customer good impression for 5 seconds and then pollute our beautiful planet. My packaging is simple, functional and chic with minimum waste as much as possible. The description of each product will include a gift packaging explanation. If you cannot reach that information or it is not clear please contact me.

Is my product ready to ship or will be prepared after my order?

Most of my products are ready to be shipped and that is why I am able to ship them in the next day. There is a small chance that I might need to craft your order because I received a high demand unexpectedly on that certain product. However still shipment period will not exceed the maximum shipment days.

Will I have to pay customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply as I am not able to know the specific regulations in your country of residence. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations in following conditions. Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase (and if it is not already dispatched) Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery Shipping cost is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, it is used or washed etc. the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, I will gladly try to offer a solution.

Shipping and shipping Issues

Unless stated all shipped packages are trackable. I will provide you with your specific tracking number when I notify you that your package is shipped. You can follow your package from Postnord’s website (Swedish Post) as well as your country’s local post provider. Once I have dispatched your package, it is out of my hands and I have zero control or influence how your package is handled or knowledge why it is delayed or not moving. I am not responsible for delayed delivery or delayed custom procedures. I am also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available with a small cost for small volume products. Our shop is very eco-conscious and if you buy one of the big items such as the bed pillows, you will have it shipped in a clean re-used box (we still put it in a clean plastic bag). I pay more attention to packaging of small items and especially gifts.

How to handle missing packages marked as "Delivered"?

For attention of US buyers: If your package is listed as delivered but missing, you can follow these steps: -Check adress you entered upon checkout - it's buyers responsibility to provide and check the correct shipping address for every order; -Check your side door and your yard, ask your neighbour; -Call your local post office to see if they still hold the package. If not, they should be able to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of delivery; -File the misssing package claim with the USPS; -File the missing package with the local police station. As our shop is based in Sweden, it is very difficult for us to give further support for US postal services.

What happens when the buyer misspells his name or address or changes address after the purchase?

If you realize that you have an error in the info you provided me, please contact me as soon as you realize it. Any orders shipped with misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price.. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.
