How and where can I download the digital prints I've purchased?

After your payment is confirmed, your digital prints and non-editable files will be available at www.etsy.com/your/purchases. You'll also get an email containing a link to download your files. For those who checked out as guests, you'll get a download link sent to your email from Etsy. If it doesn't pop up in your inbox, give your junk folder a quick look. Can't find it? Send me a convo and I'll assist you. Remember, for downloading, use a computer or mobile browser. Downloads via the Etsy app on devices are a no-go.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Printed orders are processed in 2–4 business days. During peak or holiday periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Digital downloads are delivered within 24 hours of purchase.

Do posters come framed?

No. Posters are unframed. Printed orders are shipped flat.
