– Print –
*This is a Direct-To-Garment printed item, which will not peel like vinyl.
*Fabric-grade ink is printed onto the garment and allowed to blend with the fibers. This results in a more vintage look.
* A pre-treatment spray is applied to the area where the print is to ensure that the ink bonds with the fabric. It’s usually odorless, but could have a mild vinegar scent. Be sure to wash the garment before wearing it for the first time.
*Minor variations in placement and size of the design on the shirt are normal. (The design scales based on the shirt size.)

- Washing Instructions -
*Wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or let air dry.
*Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
*Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design.
*Avoid washing with items that have zippers and the like, which are known to snag other garments.

- Sizing -
*Please take a look at the photos to see a specific sizing chart for this t-shirt style.
*Please note that these shirts are unisex size, meaning that they are not women's fitted shirts. If you're going for a more fitted look, you can consider sizing down. If you want the oversized look, consider sizing up by 1-2 sizes.
*Lay your favorite shirt flat and measure armpit to armpit, then compare to the size chart in the photos.

- Order Changes & Cancellations -
*If you place an order and need to make a change, please reach out to us within 3 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in production. We can only cancel the order or update the shipping address, size, color, or other details if the item has not been processed yet.

- Shipping -
*Processing time varies based on the season and can be anywhere between 2 - 7 business days (usually closer to 3 business days). Once shipped, it typically takes 1 - 5 business days to arrive. Please note that there may be an additional delay for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
*If you order multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number if they ship separately.

– Returns and Exchanges –
*All of our items are custom printed just for you so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to not liking the color or size ordered. We also don’t refund for minor color variations.
*We work with print providers for the printing and shipping of our designs on the products. While they have quality control procedures, from time to time something ships out with an error. Our refund/replacement window for defects is 20 days from the date of delivery. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect the item and wash it, following the washing instructions listed above, at least once within the first 20 days (ideally upon receiving the item). If there’s a defect or other related issue, please message us as soon as possible. We will let you know what type of photo of the product is needed, based on the issue. We aim to respond to your messages within 24 hours.
