While *Princess Opal’s glitters have been tested as safe for use on the body and other cosmetic purposes, we recommend using all of products or any other glitters with caution.

This glitter is NOT solvent resistant and is NOT FDA tested or approved. Please test all solvents, chemicals & other materials in which the glitter will be incorporated into. This is to ensure compatibility and safety.

Once your order is in USPS’s possession we are no longer responsible for it. If tracking shows as “in transit” with no additional updates or shows as “undeliverable” please contact us.

Delivered Orders:
For orders scanned by USPS as “delivered” we will first need to contact USPS for a missing package search. This is done in an attempt to retrieve the package should it have been misscanned or misdelivered. Should USPS have any issues retrieving your package we will follow up with you regarding a resolution.

If you did not purchase package insurance it up to our discretion wether we will reship or refund the order.

Please note that package insurance covers lost packages while in transit and NOT orders scanned as delivered to your address.

If you have selected the wrong address or made an error/typo please send us a message as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped out please read below:

Orders which are returned back can be resent for a fee of $6.

If your order was scanned as delivered to an incorrect address and is unable to be retrieved or unable to be returned back to us, we will have to file a claim with USPS. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

If package insurance was purchased but you have input an invalid/incorrect address AND USPS is unable to retrieve the package it is up to our discretion wether we will resend a replacement or issue a refund.

For packages marked as delivered:

First check with your mail courier and neighbors. In most cases missing packages are due to miscans and often end up being delivered to neighbors. If you have already reached out to neighbors and your mail courier and have not located the package we will first need to start and investigation with USPS which can take 2-3 business days.

For packages still in transit/ stuck in transit with no additional scans:

We will need to contact USPS to start an investigation. If it is determined the package is lost and insurance was paid we can reship or refund.

Yes we ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Packages weighing over 1 pound will be shipped by USPS Parcel Ground shipping.

USPS Ground shipping generally takes 2-3 weeks for delivery but in some cases make take longer.
