Gift wrapping and packaging

You can add a gift message for free and we will include it on the card with your gift.

We do recommend taking off your jewelry when swimming, gardening, doing contact sports, seriously messy cooking, and moving heavy objects. To avoid tarnish, limit exposure to water, perfume, or body cream.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy for ANY reason when you receive your order, please let me know and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue. It’s very important to me that my customers are happy.

Custom and personalized orders

Please understand that I have no control over the Postal Service. I guarantee to ship orders by the scheduled shipping date given to you at the time of purchase. If you need your order sooner than the scheduled date, please message me and I'll do whatever I can to help you out.

Custom and personalized orders

I am not responsible for packages that have been stolen or that state delivered and signed for on the tracking to the correct address but were not received. I send all packages tracked and signed for with a tracking number for you to follow. If your item states it has been delivered and I have sent it to the address that was attached to your order then it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the postal company.

Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately, once an item has shipped I cannot change the delivery address. I also cannot refund or cancel an order once this happens. On the occasions where the package is returned to the sender, I can send it back to the correct address, providing you pay the postage again.

Custom and personalized orders

If a package is returned to me due to being unclaimed I will refund for the item only. I can send the package back to you if you wish, but you will be required to pay the postage cost.

Custom and personalized orders

I can only offer a refund or replacement within 1 week of you receiving your order. Since crystals are energy pieces there is no time guarantee but I am willing to take accountability for a fault within 1 week as this means it was a mistake on my behalf.

If you see a bracelet you like but want to make changes, please message me & if I can do it, I will. You can add/remove a charm, add, or remove a stone and/or color.

Amazing customer service! I made a purchase however the parcel was unfortunately lost in transit, I notified the seller and she responded very quickly to let me know she would look into it for me. Once she was told it was lost in transit she immediately shipped new ones out to me and even gave me a free extra bracelet :) thank you for great customer service!
