How will I receive my digital product?

The PDF will be available in your order history once purchased and can be downloaded to your computer. To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account. 2. Go to Purchases and Reviews: www.etsy.com/your/purchases 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on products?

Digital Products: Due to the nature of our products being digital, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not possible after purchase. We kindly ask that you look at the product photos and description before purchasing. Physical Products: We custom-make each shirt (in the size of your choice) and print it just for YOU at the time of your purchase. Therefore, we have a no refund or exchange policy. We kindly ask that you carefully follow our size chart to ensure the correct sizing. If you have an issue with your order, please message us with any concerns and we will work with you to make you 100% happy.

When will my physical product ship?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to ship from our print studio. Note: They will most likely ship faster than this, but we like to under promise and over-deliver. Holidays tend to lean more towards 2 weeks and the rest of the time around 3 days. Thank you for your patience while we print your high quality items, just for you!

How long is my physical product in transit with shipping?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by location, typical times are 3-5 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number on my physical product?

Yes! As soon as your item ships (within 1-2 weeks) you will receive a notification and email from Etsy with your tracking number.

How do I know my size?

We include size charts with all of our listings. To get an accurate fit - measure one of your favorite t-shirts. Lay it flat on the ground and measure side to side (width) and neckline to hem (length). The shirts that are considered unisex run slightly large. If you want a more fitted look please size down.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as your order is placed. Once it's in the queue it cannot be pulled out. Therefore we do not accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.

The shirt is great! Has a good feel to it and it fits well. My chest size is close to 38", or rounded up to 40", but I ordered a Medium size. And yes, I started wearing it as soon as it came in the mail!
