• Environmentally friendly ink:
The production facility uses market-leading Epson sublimation printers. The ink is environmentally friendly and contains no toxic or carcinogenic substances.

• Dishwasher safe:
The cup is patented, independently tested to BS EN 12875-4 for at least 3,000 dishwasher cycles and 100% dishwasher safe

• Microwave safe:
The mug can be safely placed in the microwave to heat food or liquids


▶︎ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

• Your mug will be custom-made for you after you place your order. I chose a highly rated and trustworthy printing company in Germany. This avoids overproduction and long shipping routes.

• Shipping as an insured parcel with tracking

• The mug is packaged in a specially designed box. The inner walls provide the necessary stability and protection during transport. If you order multiple mugs, the mugs are repackaged in a larger box.

Shipping in Germany:
• 4.90 € for the first cup
• only €0.50 for each additional cup

• Clean in the dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and detergent.


▶︎ RETURN POLICY

Since the mug is printed directly to your order and shipped to you by the printer, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This means I cannot take the mug back if you don't like it.
