Item is not fully customizable. Reached out for help. Received prompt response. Unsatisfactory customer service. Pretty much was told sorry you can change wording on balloons. This is possible. Should beware before purchase you will get a prompt response with little to no help.

Hi there! It does state in all the listings with the bead letters in all caps that the bead letters are not editable.
