How do I download my digital file?

After completing your purchase for a digital file, please try the following steps from your computer to access your order: • On Etsy.com go to Account → Purchases & Reviews • Next to your order, click "Download Files" The file that you purchased should then download onto your computer.

What format are the files in?

Most files are delivered as PDF, which can be opened on any device and printed at home or at any print shop (FedEx, Staples, Office Depot, etc.). Music files also come with mp3 and MIDI files for reference and accessibility in music DAWs and players.

What paper size are your printables?

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, printables are sized for US Letter (8.5" x 11") and A4 sizes.

Can I print the file multiple times?

Yes! Once purchased, you can print your file as many times as you need for personal use. It's perfect for keeping a clean copy on hand whenever you need it.

Can I use your sheet music to teach students?

Absolutely! You're welcome to use, or print copies for your own students in a private lesson setting.

Do you offer refunds?

For physical products, yes, I offer refunds upon the returned shipment of the product. For digital products, because they're available for instant download, I'm unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue with your file, please reach out and I'll do everything I can to make it right!

I'm having trouble opening my digital file. What should I do?

Try the following steps: • Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and works great) • Try downloading on a desktop browser rather than mobile • Re-download the file from Account → Purchases & Reviews If you're still having trouble after trying these steps, message me and I'll get it sorted out quickly!

Do you offer custom arrangements for digital products?

Not at this time. All digital products are pre-made and ready for instant download. That said, I'm always adding new items to the shop, so check back regularly!
