Beautiful large antique Chinese jade green Peking conical shaped bowl. Early 1900s large glass bowl with smooth surface. There is an inch and a half scratch on the inside of the bowl as shown on the last two photos. No cracks or chips; great condition for its age.

Peking glass is another name for Chinese carved overlay glass that originated during the early Qing Dynasty in the late 17th century. It is a multi-layered glass and fired at extremely high temperature. It is an art form that continues in the modern era.
