Custom and personalised orders

The majority of our items are personalised to order, so may take longer than typical online purchases. If you have any queries regarding processing times for potential orders or current purchases, please get in touch.

In order to keep delivery costs down for customers, we offer 2-3 working day delivery in the UK, however any order being delivered overseas will take longer, some services taking up to 14 working days depending on location. If you have any queries regarding delivery of a potential order or a current purchase please get in touch.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders marked as a Gift will not be packaged differently, they will simply include the Gift Message printout instead of an order receipt. Gift Wrap is available on most of our products, however there are some exceptions. As Etsy does not let us individually specify which products are not available with gift wrap please ask us to confirm before ordering. If Gift Wrap is purchased on an item it is not available for a message will be sent to you and a refund for that cost will be processed when the order is shipped.

These are 2D signs and do NOT have 3D or embossed lettering. These feature a fibreboard core and unfinished Oak veneer on the front and back. Avoid direct sunlight.
